I ended up not using Net-i Pro and using the Smartviewer 3.0. Good luck if you have to call Samsung support. I haven't found them to be much help.

Does anyone know if the Samsung Net-i Pro 1.4 software will only work for a user with Windows Admin rights to the computer? It works great for me, but when a user without admin rights logs into it it gives a "Can't access DB!" error. I tried giving the user full rights to the c:\program files\samsung directory but that did not help. Any help would be appreciated
