I have had this unit sitting around for some time now and someone wants to buy it. I don't have any of my old paperwork (the unit is at least 2 years old) and when I plugged it in, it was still set up to my old configuration and working properly. I hit restore to factory and since then, the image on screen has been moving vertically across the screen. What happened and why is the unit suddenly not working?
