Hello my company is running the following setup:
40-50 Axis cameras
Windows 2003 SP3 Standard
Lenel VideoManager - LNVR - All cameras are recording to Windows 2003 server using this software that is installed on the server.
Folder Structure (Recorded Video) - ..\Storage\1 to 50\1 to 28\, Each top folder (folder 1-50)represents camera number and subfolders (1 to 28) represent recorded videos where the cameras store actually video footage.
Problem:
The issue is, the subfolders are deleting itself. For instance, From cameras 1 to 46 (Folder 1 through 46), around 10-15 Camera Subfolders #25 would delete itself on the Windows 2003 server. We can't figure why it's deleting. We turned off all backup scripts and maintenance scripts and can't find any log files. Perhaps maybe the Lenel Software is causing this issue, we have no clue. Has anyone experienced this issue?
