The older PTZ type cameras might have a large box (receiver) next them, this would be for the Pan, tilt and zoom breakout wiring.

The Tx and RX modules are for transmitting dome control signal (RS485) and are not ethernet. To view and control these domes via a network you would need: a) Video card with NVR software or b) Networkable DVR and software
