Please could somebody help in identifying a PTZ dome camera? I am looking to find out who they are made by so I can download the instruction manuals. I have attached 3 pictures, of the housing, camera and connector. The camera chasis seperates in two halves to get the camera out of the dome, you push the metal brackets to the side. The camera has a light blue dip switch with 12 pins, this is on the side bracket that holds the camera. It has an 18x Day/Night camera part number VPD-3 The side of the camera has 'file: E210367 on the side. Thanks in advance for any help! Paul

Hi there, I have aquired 3no Dennard 2055 domes second hand. Im looking for a controller that can be used to set up the domes. Am I correct in thinking that if I want to used twisted pair RS485 these domes only work with a dennard protocol? I have a DVR356 and this doesnt appear to support this so I want to get a cheap 3d control pad. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use? Thanks Paul
