I've installed a new system for someone and they part exchanged there existing DVR (secubook8r).
The problem i have is the password was set by a previous security engineer and i can't access the
settings menu. I now want to set up remote access for my own office with the dvr, without the password i'm stuck.
Reading through the manual you can get a Master code from the dealer where it was purchased, which i don't know where it was purchased from.
Can anyone help or suggest my next step?
