Dear Mr Fernandes, I have read your email and I have also initially flagged it to our Authorised Partner for Sub-Saharan Africa, Norbain SA (Pty) Ltd. Before we can take this matter further, can you please clarify a few things: - You and your company are, presumably, "the end user" of the system - Although I understand it was installed more than 5 years ago, do you know where it was purchased from? and who supported the installation (if anybody) during these last 5 years.? - It is interesting to read that your installation is running under CC 3.16 build 8, which tells me/us that it was updated relatively recently; somebody must have done this. As i am responsible for the IndigoVision business in Sub-Saharan Africa, and Norbain SA is my key partner in the region, I will see what exactly may have been quoted from a pricing point of view.
