Common Quantum it is not that complicated Do few experiments 1.plug your headphones into camera and see if its working as microphone ( passive Mic imitations) 2.Connect Audio output from camera with input on your TV ( or any other device with Audio input in your Home) I would expect that camera has Line Level (250 millivolts + Level) and so on .....

  7. I had the same concern few years ago then I tried few HIK turrets in Alberta and so far so good Now I have lot more of them installed all over the place no problem

  11. hi. AK. yes the same in the uk native file ... pick and burn is not a option on the hik burn key is marked as backup. just kept it easy for ops direction. Police simply confiscate unit for while happen to few of my customers was homicide investigation

  17. I am testing a FLIR NVR Model # DNR308PO... It is a 8 channel POE NVR with 2TB HDD... I need to be below 50 watts.. I am between 133 to 150 watts presently... I was hoping someone knew of a NVR that used much less wattage... thanks, Selser I have at home mini PC that use 8 watt so Mini PC 8 watt plus 8 port POE sw about 6-8 watt plus 4 Cam PoE at about 6-7watt u will be using about ~40-50 watt

  21. Good question, I will have to give them another try, I can't remember atm what problems I had in the past... Have you ever seen this using Hik's ddns? All my HIK customers using HIK DDNS No problem

  23. Scott have a look for example when u use Joystick So your using an analog joystick with an IP camera. Been there done that. It's impossible to control because of the latency. I am not using anything Just provided example for you
