Viewing IP Cameras in your home network from WORK!!!!!
ak357 replied to bradyboyy88's topic in Security Cameras
I am not worried about the security of the cameras, I am having trouble accessing them at work because I cannot download anything to the computer, hence the reason I wanted the feed to go to a website that provides feed without tools needed. I think the RTSP to RTMP server idea would work but integrating that with 1and1 might be difficult for me. I am interested in this FTP idea tho. http://www.ivideon.com Will probably work for you -

Which product from "netsys-direct" u suggesting will handle HD-CVI ?
-
I know HD-CVI will work with baluns but not to sure how it will work short distance over tel wire ( not twisted)
-
No again or I should say not worth it
-
I would say NO What I know so far HD-CVI signal is very different compare with NTSC so current TR and RX most likely will not work properly with HD-CVI camera

The same BRIX machine as well? Really? If so, care to share some performance stats (as to what I can expect)? Yep, the same With only Avigilon service only running about 6-7 % with local client up to 30-55 % with remote Client about 10-12 % ( local OFF ) -

HIK IVMS-4200 and IVMS-4500 setup problems
ak357 replied to Sasquatch's topic in General Digital Discussion
Also HIK DDNS works very well do not need static IP They said they could not get the DDNS site to work, so in that case you will have to use your static IP until the Site starts working again to register Do u really believe that lots of home owners will go and get Static IP ? -
