The sequence of DXR booting up is 1. Leds from CAM1 to CAM7 should be flashed sequentially. 2. All Leds should be flashed at the same time (maybe twice) No.1 shows the process of system booting up. If your system stops CAM7, I think that might means a problem of flash memory on mainboard. In that case, you d better contact Eneo customer center. PS. There is no 'Test signal switch', that is one of booting process. It suppose to be changed to camera display at normal system.

I think NVR is generally used for enterprise monitoring system. However one of my customers are requested 4CH low cost NVR system with PoE feature. Actually MC of NVR can be low cost as much as DVR but to compare TCO between with analog 4CH system (4CH DVR, 4 analog cameras, cabling) and 4CH network system (4CH NVR, 4 low-cost IP cameras, PoE, cabling), network system is a little bit higher that analog one. Furthermore network system privides poor performance than analog system because of network delay. The only thing that network system is better is easy installation. What do you think about low-cost 4CH NVR?

Good Job! There are many DVRs that have GPS input (RS232), which means video splitter and overlay equipment are not needed. Those products also have map viewer that draws trace of vehicles on the map on real-time and playback. (Maybe Google map or something like that) Why dont you try that one?

Analog camera and DVR cannot be over D1 resolution. As I know, it is because of international video format standard. I think you'd better look for IP cameras.

Is there any different between IP CCTV center and analog CCTV center? As you know, analog center is consisted of matrix, monitors for matrix switching, quads, monitors for quad display, CCTV keyboards, DVRs, PC for playback and so on. A image that I attached shows typical analog CCTV system. I wonder if IP CCTV center can be same with that and it is general IP center or not. If not is there any reason for that? Can I ask which part of customer do you deal with? Restaurant? Small shop? Gas station? In my case, compression format was so important because of recording duration. So I suggest you one of MPEG4 products. But I am not sure there is a product that has a remote agent supports Mac.

The file size of a compressed image with H.264 is about 30 ~ 50% lower than one with general MPEG4, if those have same image quality.

I know this model is the first stand-alone product of Techwin. I don't suggest this model that has many system problem.

Is there anybody attended CPSE 2005? It was biggist exhibition that I have seen. After that, I got to know the CCTV market of China is slightly different from the one of US and Europe. So I wanna share my thought and talk about it with you. Af first, IP Solution is not big trend in China. (you know IP solution is a trend of the market of others) In my opinion, it is the time of conversion from PC DVR to StandAlone DVR. I think that is because the network environment of China is not good compared with others. I could not find AXIS, DVTel and so on. Second, most clients in China are looking for real-time recording products that has mass internal storage. We can guess it is because there is many good products that offered lowest price. and more... Any additional idea or imformation?
