    Pelco IP solution

Ok. I will try to contact with them i two weeks period also. But very intrested to see some screens erlier:-)
  3. It is not possible to handle this by one persone))) Structure as folowing: IP cameras 2-6 pcs connected via rtsp to the Transcoder (which provide video coding from 4 Mbp/s to 650 kbp/s per chennel and switching between cameras and converts rtsp to rtmp). Then rtmp published on Media Servers (look at Wowza.com there are a lot information on its forum) this Media server published your video streams as many times as many clients wish to watch it on your web site. So there is no direct connection IP camera = Web site. Because cameras stream are huge and there is limitation in simultineus connections (more then 2 = problems for camera))) Results of our solutions are following http://top10.ua/music/2012/02/04/freestage-low http://www.boschsecurity.com.ua/content/language1/html/5797_UKR_XHTML.asp http://voevodyno.com/ http://www.stepankovice-farnost.wz.cz/?stranka=kamera http://live.nevod.tv/ And many more)
  4. Hi, if the aim is to provide web site users with access to the video stream without any downlodings and active x companents you should do the following system structure: ip camera then encoding server they installed on the object. than stream from the encoding server should go to the media server (it should be installed in data center use sw red 5or wowza...). then create flash player and input it on the web site. at the end it should looked like www.videobits.net video on the top page.
  5. Zohan be more specific. Take Vivotek because it is wite and may produce 60 fps. )))))))))))))) Zohan what are you trying to solve? Pay attention to the wholl system. Recording, displaing, do you need connectin from internet? Or you try to find cameras to secure Nucliar Power Plant)))) Than thouse cameras are not for this application.

And starts to write so called white pappers)))) Very fan )) The same situation but with megapixel technology has Bosch. They only 2 years has HD cameras))) till that time they loose projects and write white pappers how is bad to use Mp cameras in the survialence systems)

    Return to JPG.....

h 264 demanding for CPU during decoding you are right. But nowadayes SW developers already start to use GPU decoding in their survialance systems. Specially it become more popular with i3, i5 and i7 Intel Core generation 2. GPU implemented in the core already. For example GeoVision GV-NVR already use this benefit. You may decode simultenuasly 32 HD video streams if use i7 2600, 8 GB RAM, Win7 64 Bit. So jpeg will be in the pust) no way to returne ))
  8. To safe bandwidth use aminis transcoder for ip cameras. www.videobits.net after video recompresion you should publish stream on wowza and from wowza to flash player. if you need more didails pm to me.
  9. They are good enough. we sell them a lot. Key benefit of geovision solution is the free 32 recording sw(this sw also support all other ip cameras using onvif, rtsp, psia) and chip sw for centrilized monitoring. Specially when you have week internet connections. it use dual streaming in very simple and effective way. also pay attantion to geovisions access controll sw and hw which is complitly integrated with ip video. Also i would like to add that geo fast growing in sales and developing product line (they have ip video decoder for hd streams with ir remote controller and many other things). also they have very strong support team.
  10. Terrible think is that cctv noobs doesn't even read manuals:-) I'm ammased that people so laizy)))

    HD bosch cameras

We try. Very good picture. good sencitivity.
  13. It is possible. But not direct connection. You should by license of Bosch Recording Station (BRS) SW ( the same as DiBoss 8 Hibrid DVR). It is possinle to add http jpeg stream in that sw. Then buy license for connection to the BVMS Bosch Recording Station (IN proffesional bvms one license included) and grab image from BRS in BVMS. So archive records will be in BRS live display in BVMS

    Bosch 1080p IP cam

We got that camera (nbn 832) Here is video stream online from our office. http://www.videobits.net/ P.S. The MP lens from Bosch is strange... it is provide by default invert image (you should to play with image display position 180degree and mirrow) with week color reproduction (close to grey image). This afternoon we will change it on fujinon mp lens.
  15. Just think about sun ... is it in the field of view of the camera? This is Panasonic SP305 in the housing almoust all day direct sun shine: http://bukovel.com/cams/ozero-video If there is no much sun than GeoVision is ok. But Better take BL120. Here is sample video http://bukovel.com/cams/vebkamera-dityachiy-maydanchik-video For sulution we use http://www.videobits.net/en/aminis-simple-transcoder/aminis-simple-transcoder-overview
  16. If you looking for the ip coder try bosch vipx1xf. Our customer has the same issue with axis coders in car plate recognition system.

    Bosch 1080p IP cam

Hello, I belive tnat nobody yet try this camera. It is very new to the market. But we have experience with bosch full Hd ptz cameras autodome junior and autodome 800. Both has very real colors reproduction and sharp image. I have both off them in my demo room. Write me in PM I may give you access to play with them.
  18. Here is the Panasonic wv-SP306. http://videobits.net/
  19. If you have 0 expiarance with IP look at the analog cameras + DVR.
  20. ftp://romsat.ua/pub/Program%20CCTV/GeoVision%20NVR%208.5%20English/ this is the link to geovision NVR 8.5 version. The last one)
  21. Here is the link for downloading Geovision GV-NVR - it is free for geovision IP cameras. May record and display till 32 IP chennels. Videoanalitics on board. ftp://romsat.ua/pub/Program%20CCTV/GeoVision%20NVR%208.5%20English/ under the link you will find SW (DVR.zip - this is both nvr and dvr sw) and Manuals in english.
  22. Let share links to the on-line cameras: Here is the Bosch AutoDome HD 800 series 20x Zoom, stream is 1280x720 bit rate is 700 kb/s. http://videobits.net/en Nice to have more live cameras for our comparison!!!
  23. Hi man, don't waste your time. To reduce CPU loading for display video from IP cameras you should develop SW with possibility to decode video on the GPU. New Intel Core i3 2120 with integrated video card into motherboard may be good. This technolgy may give possibility to display more than 50+ HD cameras at the same time. The next generation of video survialance solution should be in my opinion following: 1. Streamers (IP cameras) 2. Transcoders = task is aditionally pre pakaged video stream from IP camera. Because video stream from camera 1280x720p 25 fps = 5-6 Mb/s using transcoders it is possible to have almoust the same quality of video stream but with 650 Kb/s You may look at Bosch IP HD AutoDome 800. Video bitrate is from camera is 6Mb/s after transcoding = 650 Kb/s = 10x less storage/and bandwidth for multiple users)) http://videobits.net/en 3. Media Server (or steaming server) (today it may be wowza, red5....) 4. Storage (actually the HW may be the same as Media Server) 5. Any brouser with flash player. Any thoughts? opinions)) welcome!
  24. http://panasonic.net/pss/security/products/hd/clc00.html Key Features PoE (Power over Ethernet) ready The coaxial - LAN converter is compliant with PoE standards (IEEE 802.3af), and contains a power supplying device. PoE can be used to supply power to Panasonic network cameras, which eliminates the need for installing power outlets for the cameras. Use over long distances The coaxial - LAN converter can be used for distances of up to 500 m (1,640 feet 5 inches)*1 for PoE connections, and 2 km (6,561 feet 8 inches) for non-PoE connections. (When used with RG-6/U coaxial cable.) High-speed transmission The coaxial - LAN converter is capable of transmission speeds of 35 Mbps or over for TCP*2, and 45 Mbps or over for UDP connections. (When used with RG-6/U coaxial cable, and for distances under 2 km [6,561 feet 8 inches].) No setup required Connections can be established by simply connecting the coaxial cable to the coaxial - LAN converter.
  25. You should do upgrade procedure using IP Device utility (find it in CD with camera)
