The truth is that I haven't found a manual, even through Sensormatic or Tyco. All they have sended me is the manual for the ADTT16E.

So if there is any contact in order to find the manual, please advise.

I have a Sensormatic Keyboard Touch Tracker, with a model number RCTT16.

Although it looks very familiar to the AD Touch Tracker 16E, it doesn't have the same keys and working procedures.

My problem is that the previous user changed the code and after a power failure I can't access the controller, and furthermore I can't seem to find a manual.

Is there a way to reset the password?

P.S. I haven't been able to contact Sensormatic about this issue since it's Saturday, but I have to operate the cameras as soon as possible.

After not being able to find any software for PTZ control and setup for

the Panasonic cams I wrote some freeware.

The Beta version is free for forum folks of course.
