Can someone please help me?
I have a problem with this dvr.
I have installed the software and updated it and it finds the unit but it´s impossible to login via LAN. There is no problem accessing the unit the normal way via the front.
I´m trying to transfer the recordings showing when young criminals are breaking into a vending machine in my friends store.
I have asked a professional at a pc clinic if he could access the material but he gets the same result: "Connection Error".
It seems as if the password might be incorrect perhaps but my friend claim they have not changed it.
I can´t find any place at the web site of Avtech where I can send them an email to get support.
Can I put the hard disc drive in my computer and access the recordings this way?
So does anybody have a solution for this problem?
