Do i add the port in the "Exceptions" tab or under advanced settings under services? If i add it under advanced setting, it wont allow me to add since port 23 is already there under "telnet server". whats the command to do this in telnet? I am using bit defender antivirus and i have checked that there are no firewall in that program, but please correct me if i am wrong. I aslo have reset my windows firewall as you suggested. Thanks.
