i've got it networked over my lan, but i can't get video. everything else works but no video. i've tried downward compatibility settings, but still no video. tried a full suite of video codecs, and even called pelco tech support. no one has the solution. the remote client works on my xp computer downstairs, but not on this new windows 7 enterprise operating system. anyone?

i think i need a gv net card, but not sure. the spectra III has a TX+, TX-, RX+, RX- port on it. the schematic for the gv net card has RS 485+ and RS 485- ports on it. i'm confused on this. are they compatible? I'd be using a cat 5E cable using 1 of the 4 pair to BNC baluns for video, and could use the other 3 pair for PTZ control. i haven't bought a gv net card yet. wanted to know if this is the way to go. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance...
