  1. To whom it may concern, First of all please forgive me if I posted this in the wrong area, or this question has been asked before. I bought a 4-Channel generic DVR PCI card. I installed it, the drivers, and the software that came with it called, SVDVR. The problem I have is it shows on the local screen and any remote screens, a black screen that says "Camera Mask". I looked in the help files and it claims the camera mask screen is their because the user logged in doesn't have permission to view the cameras. So, I searched through the help on how to change the permissions for the users. It's not listed. Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone knew of another software that would run my card. Here is all the specs and info to my card.
