Cheap PIR? is it worth it for better motion detection

would u not just have it linked in the inputs of the NVR http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DSC-LC-171-DUAL-PIR-W-MW-OUTDOOR-MOTION-DETECTOR-SENSOR-/321831710500?hash=item4aeeaa2f24 This is maybe a bit to cheap
  3. Looking to see if I can connect the security systems to the CCTV system NVR thinking cause its not possible to get a wire to the alarm panel that instead to break into the negative trigger wire to the bell box and run it into a relay with a 12v positive already there and have the relay send a NC or NO signal to the input of the NVR so that my client can get an alert on his CCTV app and see the footage of the corresponding internal camera am sure its possible just would like to check with someone whos already done it and if I need a diode or anything

  5. Hi I have a client that wants an IP Camera System distributed to the TV's around the house through his existing TV cabling, is this possible with a HDMI to RCA converter and an RF modulator

    RF-modulator

Hi, recently installed an RF mod. for the customer wanted to see the cctv through the TV's in the house, so the took the feed out of the tv splitter put it in to the modulator and feed it back again, and it didn't work... does the tv splitter/boaster need to be one of the special ones for contributing cctv/digital tv down one cable? think there called a distributor box? Thanks again in advance

    audio cabling

How far on a cat5e cable run can the 12v audio devices work, 60 meters ? or is there a better device that can travel higher distances, this one cost a 10er, bit cheap maybe it seems to work ok just very low, i juiced it up from 10 meters away + -, so its just the ground and data going back to the panel over cat5e solid core, i just used one core each I wander would pairing up help ?
  20. designsystem

    audio cabling
