I was hoping you could help me - My CCTV footage is time lapse CCTV and is displayed like this Timecode HH:MM:SS.00 - but the 00 at the end is not the frame rate (I dont think so anyway) I think it is ms - showing 1/100th second? For example a time from the video would have 20:35:01.95 for example. Times run at - 20:35:00.67 20:35:01.31 20:35:01.95 and so forth. So has a 0.64 gap between each new image. it looks like it takes an image every 64 hundredth of a second? Is that correct? Its basically time lapse CCTV, and I think that it takes a unique frame every 1/64th of a second. Is that correct? any thoughts? Could you help? Why do CCTV cameras do this? Is it to save on storage space? Any help or discussion on this would be great. Thank you in advance. Jay
