Hallo , we have a DM ECO9 at work, and we cant find the password. It was lost when the company moved (it was only written on some paper).
Now we want to have the possibility to watch the cameras online. But when I try to connect through NetVu observer we have to have the password, which we don't have. So I tried to remove the battery, reset the software (in the menu) but it didn't work.
I read on this forum that its a possibility to remove the hard drive delete all files, and then upload new software by FTP. This is a possibility I could use, but I don't get inn on the unit by FTP.
So anyone have a tip how I can restore/delete the password?
