A recent problem.
I run control center at my local office which pulls camera feeds in from 5 different dvr locations. Last week one location started giving me the Disconnect logo on each camera however the title of each camera is still there along with the flashing red/yellow title bar showing that the camera is seeing motion and is recording. I have checked all the ports needed for control center to work and all are open on the remote dvr computer. The router shows the ports are forwarded properly. I also us ipcam viewer on my ipad to monitor all camera and I can see all video through that software and I know that it used htp port 80 while control center used ports 3388, 5611, and 5552 as the defaults so I am thinking there is a problem with one of these ports. I did a port check from the remote computer and all the right ports are open. Locally when I right click on the host that I am having this problem with in the control center software and select "host settings" and then click "update host settings" i get the "can't connect to host" error. What else can I try? Thanks for any help. B.T.W. I have rebooted both the brighthouse router and the netgear router along with the dvr still same problem.
