  1. I think you should call 1-800-go-away
  2. after looking at your screen shots, I know EXACTLY how to fix your problem with your current DVR so you won't have to spend one penny, but since your going to ignore me anyway, I won't waste my breath and tell you.

    DDNS

Your DDNS is not supposed to 'track' your IP, something in your home is supposed to send the update to your DDNS. Think about it, if your IP changes, how is the DDNS supposed to find your modem? Why are you using windows to update your IP anyway? Shouldn't you be using your dvr? And if you register in nvrdns.com, you can actually download a windows program that will update your IP for you to nvrdns.com. You have to install it in a computer running in your network and keep it running in the background.
  4. Forget all of what he just said and start selling more cigarettes and potato chips and you will be able to afford a Dahua DVR.
  5. Why wouldn't you just call Samsung? Just curious, that's all.
  6. Sell some more bubbalicious and you should be able to afford a dahua dvr.

    Can't remote view over wifi

Add a second device in your device list with the local IP of the dvr which you can find in network settings.
  8. Does your DVR look like this?

    FS: 48V power supply

That would be my choice as well. I love the flag and the red. That's how a Duc is supposed to roll.

    NVR RECORDING FPS

Just keep in mind to remote view 16 2mp cameras, your going to need a ton of upload speed on your internet service. If you don't, than when you remote view, everything will either freeze up or everyone will look like robots from the year 1905.

    FS: 48V power supply

The new cbr is an amazing bike. Pretty much all the new inlines are incredible. I think the latest model R1 has everyone beat as far as that category though. My personal favorite that I have had for 5 years and put about 35000 miles was the Yamaha Warrior. It's a 1700cc's lightweight aluminum frame, fuel injected, belt driven, R1 suspension and brakes, pure beast. Here is a pic of it just before I sold it.

LCD TV not good for analog cam?

It would help if you told us which DVR your using and what type of cable from the DVR to the LCD TV your using as well. Your average D1 dvr with HDMI output, is a very acceptable picture compared to cheaper cif dvrs using coaxial output.
  21. Most likely, the dvr was set up for static, but the gateway is probably different than the new gateway, or IP range. For example, your dvr might be set up for a static IP of 192.168.1.20 and your new router might be 192.168.0.1. You can try connecting a monitor directly to the dvr and if you can get in the menu, change it to DHCP and let it learn the new network IP range and once it gets it's new IP, set it back to static. Also, you will most likely need to install the viewing software as mentioned and most likely it is not compatible with windows7. If you are computer savy and able to troubleshoot a network as you have been doing, than buy a 4 channel dahua for not that much, and work with that. That is your best bet.

    NVR RECORDING FPS

You will see a minor if any difference between 7fps and 30fps. You can find video samples on youtube if you search. BUT the difference between D1 and 1080P is a huge difference. Keep the NVR and 2mp cameras, you won't regret it.
  23. Sounds like you have your troubleshooting down. Like previous poster mentioned, try to totally default camera and do a full reset. Otherwise, sounds like whoever is sending you these cameras doesn't like you.
