I'm confused. Your title is best retail outlet for dahua dvrs? And than I click on it and your telling us about
a dvr that you want to purchase from a website? WTF?
-
I think you answered your own question
-
-
The image of the front of the house I said (if you scroll up) is a dahua 1.3mp camera. Than the image of the back of the house, I said is the same camera but the rear of the house.
-
I can't believe how well that is priced out. 2 720p cameras, a POE, an NVR with a TB, wire and power supplies for
500! It even does full recording at 30fps every channel. I just hope none of my customers sees this! LOL!
-
How long did you wait since the IP changed? Sometimes it takes a day or so to update.
-
Those cameras you found on fleabay seem like they will have IR noise at night time. I didn't see any DNR
or low s/n ration. Do yourself a favor, buy local so if the picture quality is garbage, your not going crazy
trying to correct it, especially if your going to be spending at least 1000.00!

Do the dvrs themselves have an area to enter the IP of the ddns website and your username and password
to the site? If not, more than likely, the dvr is not connecting to the server and failing to update.
-
OK, update. A buddy of mine tried to log into the ddns I setup. He connected to it on his laptop and he has windows7 and IE9 and he was able to view the cameras. He did say response was slow and images not as clear as the usual D1 dvr's we use. I'm more than likely going to tell the guy, I can set it up on his iphone, possibly
for remote PC viewing, and definitely local viewing on a monitor, but I cannot guarantee the
quality of the images. I turned off my wifi on my iphone and connected to the ddns I made from ltscctv.com
and the cameras look horrible on the iphone.
-
I think I figured it out. I found a pdf with instructions for this dvr. It appears I should be using either
XP or Vista and no later than IE7. My pc has windows 7 and IE9. That is what I am guessing why
I cannot see the cameras in explorer.
-
OK, I plugged the dvr to my tv with a vga and the cameras show up. They just don't show up in the
web interface??
-
A client of mine gave me this to check out so I can install it for him in one of his stores. It has
no name on it, but after googling around, it seems to be a 4 channel TRALINK TR-D9004. So far
I have it powered up and connected to my network. If I goto the local IP on my network through
IE, I get the web browser. I click open all and I do not get any of the cameras. I have to get
a monitor so I can check directly through the dvr itself, but why wouldn't the cameras show up
through the browser? Am I missing something? Attached is an image of the dvr and the web browser.

You can't just say are the sony's ok. Thats like saying I'm looking at a toyota, will that car suit my needs?
It's gonna be alittle difficult staying under 1000 for 16 cameras and get good quality out of them though.
-
When I click TO AVI on my video file in PSS, it starts to convert it to an AVI file
and than it stops at 99 percent. I left it run the entire day and it never finished converting.
Any ideas?

If you use the alarm output of the dvr, you can ask you neighbor to walk past the camera and your garage door will close. Done. LOL.And what will happen if neighbor walk again ?
You'll have a confused garage door? LOL!

This is a 1.3mp Dahua bullet IR camera.

Great videos and great reviews of that little beast. How is that camera at night time? Can you take either
a video or a screen shot? And in the web interface, it looks like you need to download active x, lol.
