    problem in GV-800 Thers no audio in record

    but i can sea only the video without saund... I think that ther's a problem in my computer, What can i do to check it?

    Hi I need help... I have DVR card GV-800, When i conecting to the softwer in reel time- I can hear the vois mic, but when i want to watch in records, There is no saund! I tried to fix that in the system, but I couldnt... everything looks all right. What can i do or chek to solv the problem? thanks !!
