Mantry, I assume you are using cctv cameras as opposed to IP cams ? Using the latter sorts out the problem ( no cards ) and you can even use your present PC to capture live video and snapshots on HDD and send to FTP server to be viewed remotely or even on mobile phones. This is obviously provided you connect the cams to a switch or router and then to PC and you have DSL or Cable.

Yep.........same problem, I even tried to trace them via a phone # on the whois site but still no answer. My opinion is that is a good program and has a lot of functions and I use the program for IP cams via a network and use a dedicated PC to do the motion recording. So far I have quite a bit of experience using AW v11.5 and the IP cams, so if I can help somebody, I would gladly do so.
