Hello, Probably a silly question, but new to cctv systems and never used a dome camera. Although it looks like its meant to be installed on a ceiling, can this camera be setup on a window sill or desk? From the pictures I have seen of the camera, I could not tell if there was a way to "flip" the actual camera in its housing.
