Help! Samsung Security System ssc-14webm Monitor, ssc-1280

Monitor shows NO SIGNAL when trying to replay recorded tape. May not be related, but monitor went out recently and had local tv repairman fix it, he said power supply burned out.... allen@tennesseeland.com
