    Problems with NV5000

    Hi all, I am having some rather large problems with the Avermedia NV5000 and NV5000 Lite. We have tried on various machines and the pc either gets a blue screen or the software freezes. Has anyone had these problems before. Your help would be much appreciated as I am pulling my hair out with these issues. Many thanks Angus

    The cameras are freezing and you cannot do anything with the software apart from restting the pc. That is the problem, there is no logs in windows or the NV software.

    Hi all, I am having problems with the NV5000. I am using a Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo mainboard with a Intel G41 Chipset. I am using Windows7 Home Basic. The version of NV software is 7.7.0.0055SP3. According to the supplier it is all fine to run it like that but the machine keeps freezing. Can anybody assist me with this problem. Angus
