Hi, I have 10 NIB EverFocus ED300N for trade or sale. (Looking for: Hi Res Color Bullet Camera Auto-iris, varifocal lens) ED300N 1/3" High-Res Mini Dome, auto iris, 480 TVL Black Base.

So if I purchase the 1480 now, will the upgrade the software for free or would I have to pay for it when they roll out v8?

I've got a computer gathering dust and i was wondering if it would be compatible with the Geovision 1480? Everything I read recommends an Intel board, so I just want to get some veterans opinions.
