Encountered CCTV issue - Horizontal waves scrolling upward - which I cannot resolve. At local hotel, Pool camera is fed into Catel Television Modulator TM2400 which converts to UHF17. From TM2400, signal is fed into General Instrument S450P Headend Processor which converts the signal from UHF17 to Cable 16. To see the pool camera, just select 16 in any of the room. When I hook my portable monitor to the output of the 1st equipment – TM2400, the picture is pretty bad. Apparently the second equipment – S450P improves the signal, though with horizontal waves as described above. With isolator, no effect. With Channel Plus 5515, bypassing the two above equipment, I get perfect picture at my monitor. However, at the room, no picture. With Channel Plus 5515, with either of combo of the equipment, no picture with my monitor. How would you go about remedying the problem? Much Obliged.
