Hi John,, did you get it sorted ? I have the same PTZ and also having problems finding info. If you need any voltage readings off the circuit board, I will look on mine. My PTZ unit is OK, but the CZ55HM camera is a bit poorly. Cheers Nick

Hi, In this PTZ Dome I have the V2a2 firmware. At present it has a sad CZ55HM Camera Block, in need of repair. The question is, what controls the RS232 on the camera.? The firmware or the actual baud rate of the PTZ. They are two seperate entities. How would I access the control commands of the camera, what format would they be (WFC as in VK Blocks, or 88 in FCB Blocks). I need to convert this dome , or repair the camera somehow. I am a bit stuck and no-one has any help to give, there is no info on the net. Any help would be appreciated, service manuals, info, anything..... Cheers Nick

Hi All, any technical info on this system would be appreciated. I have a problem with the camera, the focus will not set. It's blurry all the time. Is there any software to re calibrate the camera, or am I stuck.? Regards NICK
