Hello, Just looking for some help, I have had a Hard-drive failure and as such everything on there was destroyed . I have managed to download the pss software but for some reason the device manage is not holding any details . So each time I open up the program I have to enter the DVR details manually it does not find it on a search or after I have entered it previously. ALSO there is no SAVE button the only way that I can find anything to update the entry I have made is to click on the details I entered and then select the edit button and select save, ( which for some reason it doesn't) Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated . Thanks, Sam

Hello, I have a robox HD cctv16 channel DVr recorder... This series product has the following features: • Real-time monitor It has analog output port, VGA port and HDMI port. You can use monitor or displayer to realize surveillance function. System supports TV/VGA/HDMI output at the same time. My question is what hdmi cable is suitable for about a 15 meter run ( If any ) to view on a Samsung HD smart TV. Thanks for any help offered.

ok, Thanks, I tried to enter port 80 in my dlink router and it would not work, so tried 82, still wouldn't work. Not sure what you mean by " If you go via the web browser though with those ports you would need to do IP:PORT" ?? Thanks for your help though. Sam

It is very frustrating, Thanks Sam
