hi to all does anyone know how to set up ip tiil scan properly on a geovision cctv dvr .i have the pos dongle .any help would be appreciated

hi all .was just on a job today .an american dynamics controller with four full function cameras on is connected to a dvr .camera no 4 could not control from joy stick .but when i disconnected camera no 3 from controller camera no 4 would work .is there anyone who could help me with this one .have never worked on american dynamics before cheers thanks.
