    Pelco DX4608DVD-250

    Mallard posted a topic in Digital Video Recorders

    I am curious if I can up grade the DX4608DVD-250 with SATA hard drives purchased from someone other than PELCO. It has four drive bays and from what I understand as long as I leave the originally installed hard drive in its present location the other drives should be discovered and formatted. I have experience building PC based DVRs but this is the first stand alone I have considered purchasing for a client. Thanks in advance!

    I have Diginet Center (Legal Copy) and for the life of me can not figure out how to get circular recording, all I can get is reallocation of disk space when the disk are full. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    yhyau, Thanks will give that a try.

    I think the only way is to reallocate the drive space when it is full, can't find anyway around it.
