WS-DSR404 CARD INSTALLATION PROBLEMS

I have got my WS-DSR404 working on a computer, Working is defined as 1) it sees the camera and displays it, 2) it records the camera and 3) I think it takes snap shots from the camera. (that happened by mistake but I did see them in the drive) One camera connected. I cann't get any network operations going on the unit, either LAN or WAN. Still interested?
