    Need recommendations where to buy

Take a look at the IC Realtime dvr called the Flexview 4 channel. It is in your budget and you get a lot of bang for your buck. www.icrealtime.com
  3. I use a dvr made by IC Realtime, They make two different models Proview and Flexview. The pro is as good as i have ever seen but not the cheapest in the industry but worth every penny. They also have the Flex which you get alot of bang for your buck. They make it in 4-8-and 16 ch. It is very feature rich. 1.mpeg-4 2.built in Sony CD burner 3.up to 4 terr of internal storage with external raid- that will hold anther 12 drives 4.mouse interface 5.embedded Linux OS You can see the specs on their site. Look under DVRS and then Flex series. They are very well priced for what you get and the service is top notch. www.icrealtime.com
  4. I deal with a company out of Fort Lauderdale called IC Realtime. They stock a very nice varity of security products at a good price point. I used to deal with COP security alot but the service was not that good and they were always out of stock. I deal with a guy named Bob at ICR. I will attach a link to their web site. I hope it helps you. www.icrealtime.com
  5. I use a camera from a company called ClearView security products. It is an amazing camera for the money. They call it the ICR 150. It has a 1/3 sony, 480 line res and 21 blue IR's. This is one of the only cameras that i have seen w/ the blue IR's. They seem to work much better than the white ones. It comes w/a 3.6 mm lens and a built in audio mic as well as a power supply. It is priced under a $125 dollars.

    Best Resolution Playback DVR

I am very interested in finding out more info about this dvr. Do you know if it can do live view and playback at the same time on the same screen. I have been looking for a standalone unit that does this with no luck. It seems that only PC based system have this feature. Thank you.
