a way to open/convert .stream files

I replaced the Sata HD on my h.264 Network DVR and I am connecting the old harddisk with the DATA inside to my PC. The footage are stored on the harddisk but I am trying to play/convert the files to any file type that I can work with... The folders structure are as the following: date.db.sql [sqlite file] datetime - audio - channel - video -channel - .stream file please help me open these files
