Hi, Anyone out there know whichs DVR cards can work with Treo 650..for remote monitoring. Either using client or web based?

Hi VST_Man, i can get into the dvr software login page. I can even log in, but the moment i have log in and the images are supposed to start, i get the connection failed followed by network fail. Could it be the apache web server problem?

Yes, there are 3 Pcs and 1 DVR in my workplace's network, all 4 systems are currently with windows firewall. (I was thinking thats the problem, i will have to switch off the firewall of the DVR on monday. The remaining PCs can have their firewall on right?) However i do have another separate DVR at home and i tried switching off both windows firewall and router firewall. After even doing this, i still cant access the home dvr through WAN. (ports are all forwarded) What do you guys think??

Anyone out there knows how can i connect my PC based DVR to a PC based POS system? So i can view the cameras images as well as the POS screen on my dvr? Anyone? Thanks

The pcs will at most be 2-3 metres apart. And, i do not know what video card is in my pos system, sorry.

Hi kandcorp Yes i have two seperate PCs, one for dvr and one for the pos system. Both are working on Windows. I would love to view the whole POS screen but i wouldnt mind learning another way: Text insertion as well. Both my systems are running on Windows Xp.

All right, i have a problem i need some professional help. I have a dvr system which uses apache web server. This dvr is connected to another local PC through a router (Speedtouch). I changed the apache listen port to 81. And i did port forward for 81 over my router, the problem is i cant log into the dvr remotely, only through the local PC if i use the DVR static ip. Any one knows what wrong with it? Thanksss

isnt it possible to just enter http://dvrip.com:port in the browser of the PDA and then remote viewing? Just thinking of the different possibilities
