sorry its the general power supply mains, whenever there is a power cut the cams go off and when the power comes on the cams dont seem to open (lenses)

Hi guys a newbie here so please be gentle Guys can anyone help me i have 5 ir domes i bought from x vision they are xpd621 true/day night 580/700 tvl My prob is when there is a power failure the cameras never come back up on screen screen just stays ba grey colour if you keep turn power on of quicly it eventuall comes back would this be a shutter prob maybe not set right becoming a bit of a pain so thought id ask for your advice here 1st any help appreciated
