I'm new at this and am trying to figure this out. I'm able to view the customer in Control Center, live. However, it's not displaying in Center V2. Nobody has changed the settings and we used to be able to monitor the customer in Center V2. - Where do I look for answers to this, or is there a resource or guide for troubleshooting? - Am I asking the right question? I'm lost and looking for a place to start so I can be self sufficient. Thanks
