Hi, Maybe someone has an idea how to solve this problem. We have installed a DH-DVR0804LE-A using PSS version 4.02 and also PSS for mac. When viewing cameras through 4 multichannel playback on LAN, most times we get a message of network playback error of the last two cameras we selected, and they cannot be viewed. When we view the cameras live there are no problems. Could playback of long periods be a problem? Thanks
