Hey! Just wanted to make a post if anyone may be interested in Sales Representative or Sales Manager position, on location at our Southern California headquater. (Spoke to CCTVForum.com administrator to place this request on classifieds section) It is a relaxed enviornment and we follow great work ethics. Currently we employ only 10 people at our office and looking to expand our sales force. Late last year, we have moved to bigger office and warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California. Expanded from 5,000sqft to over 10,000sqft. We are interested in hiring experienced sales representative in CCTV Industry with basepay between $30,000 to $48,000 (Depending on qualification) PLUS commission after quota. Required Qualifications : * Understanding customer needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs * Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment * Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations * Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone or written note * Position will be quota based along with added commission upon meeting quota * Create/Follow Leads * Meet sales target goals * Cold calls may be neccessary * May require travel (Meetings with leads, shows, conference) Desired Qualifications : * Experienced in CCTV Industry * 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience in CCTV Products preferred. * 2+ Years in sales * Skilled knowledge about CCTV Products We have ability provide our own leads through means of advertising / trade show references / other lead references.
