Where are you located? FCWNX has a pretty tight security key process for there software. The software is free but you have to have a license. If they are PXN and not PXN+ You will have to have the special data cable and a program called flash tool to configure the controllers with hardware address and IP address.

Some products go direct, some go through distributors, some use a partner alliance. Any integrator that has a brick and mortar building they do business out of and a staff of more than one person and there isn't another Avigilon partner down the street will have no issues becoming a partner. How would you feel if you ran a business that employed a staff of 40+ and had a overhead that would choke a horse and Avigilon gave a partnership to your competitor that works out of his truck?
