Do you get a link light when plugged into the switch. Does the camera power up? If not then the cameras and DVR are not using POE. POE goes over the same conductors as data (1-2 3-6) Orange and Green pairs. Non POE devices may use the non data pairs (4-5 7- Blue and Brown pairs to send voltage.

This^^^ I misunderstood. I thought the issue was on your phone.

On your phone app try changing the display from "Substream" (default) to "Mainstream" and see if that solves your issue.

Carriage lock is the way to go. Use a mag lock as a last resort. I have done some mental institutions with slider man traps. We did carriage locks and mag locks. PITA!

I work with systems every day that have cameras that go all the way back to 08. Putting the site in Compatibility view and in the trusted zone using IE works every time.

Use IE and once your on the camera web page go to tools/compatibility view settings.

Over 50% of the image is wasted looking at sky. Wrong camera for the application. If that camera was mounted horizontal on a Pendant mount it would be much more effective.
