    I have a client that has a DVR avtech H.264, and has a loptap Acer aspire 3810T. the problem is why i can't playback the CCTV on his software AV VIEWER and to the EI, what is the problem..somebody's help me?

    I have a client that has a laptop acer asphire 3810T, the problem is why i can't playback the AV VIEWER and the IE or Internet Explorer software. What is the cause and the solution of this?
