Hi i seem to have ironed out all the problems i was having with getting my dvr to playback online,I eventually got the firmware update to work and seems to have fixed everything.

I am using Intergrated remote station H.264 network dvr and am having no problem viewing live footage but when i try to play back older footage it will not playback.When clicking on little green triangle to play footage getting error on screen message.Also when trying to upgrade getting upgrade error message .Could any body please help at end of tether.Thanks

Its a avtech 793,It can t be the moniter as both cameras would have the twitch.

One of my dome cameras has a twitch which has has got a little worse .This doesnt show up on the recorded footage only on the live screen not online.Please could somebody help.

What does ivs mean.

Could anybody tell me were i can get a firmware upgrade for a Avc 793 D 4CH H.264 network dvr .Greatful if anybody could help.

The problem is that the dvr keeps freezing on the password entry screen and will not allow me to enter the menu.I am having to reboot the dvr in order to enter the password and enter the menu.The camera footage is not affected by this and after reebooting works fine untill the following day.I turn the moniter on and as soon as i touch the mouse the password screen pops up and freezes.I have already formatted the harddrive and reset to user defaults and this has seemed to make it happen more regular.I am not using the dvr online.Thanks to anyone who can help
