I have an Axis 2100 IP camera that I would like to monitor with my GV-600 system. Unfortunately, the camera is not in the list of cameras in the software. Its replacement, the 210, is, but it won't work. Any tricks on getting this camera to work? I was able to set it up in Netcam Watcher Pro, but I'd rather keep everything in the GV system. Thanks

Make/model - Dell Optiplex GX260 Case - Stock, full tower PSU - Stock Motherboard - Stock CPU - P4 3.06ghz Memory - 2gb DDR Video Card - Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 Hard drive - WD1600AAJB primary drive, 2x 500gb Seagate SATA drives in RAID0 for storage, on a Syba SY-PCI40010 controller Optical drive - Standard DVDROM Cooling - Stock (single fan in PSU, single fan on CPU shroud) Monitor- Acer 19" LCD OS- Windows XP Pro Service Pack - SP3 Geovision Card - GV600 Geovision software version - 8.4.0.1 Screen Resolution - 1280x1024 Video Size - 2x 704x480 streams, 1x 1.3mb IP cam (not sure resolution) Motion/Continuous - 2 continuous, IP cam motion Environment - Office; sees both sides of the extremes. Length of tested period - 5 months System has been running fine. Have 5 months of recorded data from 2 cameras - lots of space left. Just added IP camera, and it's working fine with that, too.

Earlier today, I was able to log in to ftp://usavision.dipmap.com and start downloading what appeared to be version 8.4.0.1. The file was uploaded yesterday. Then, the connection reset, and now I can't get back into the FTP. I'm currently running 8.3.4.0 and would like to upgrade to 8.4, but if there's a fresh new version, I'll wait until I can get that.
