    Hi willicast, you can used hostname.ddns.eagleeyes.tw you need to upgrade your firmware to the latest version of Avtech dvr. no need to put an email address you can download the firmware to the www.avtech.com.tw website regards, jayzie23

    hi i also have encountered this problem in Bosch Megapixel NWC-0800 IP camera. maybe i should update the firmware.
