Have you try to factory restore default and try another HDD?

Have you try back up by networking?

Have you ever seen it in 3g mobile brfore? If not , Maybe you should change the dvr by RP2 said. (all dvr in my website can do it , let's see) If yes , and you sure you dvr has this function then check it the port for mobile you forward it correctly or test with other 3g mobile of your friend to make sure it don't because your mobile device.
