    Thanks for the reply, I dont have the recovery CD, is it availble anywhere? Also is the viewing software availble for viewing the DVR over the network onsite. Thanks again

    Hi, I have a Intellex DVMS DV16000 Version 2.4 When the DVR is turned on a message appears " A disk read error occured - ctrl + alt + del to restore. I tried a new hard drive and got the message " reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device " Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
