    Any time that you have a software that initially functions then drops out, look at Windows Firewall settings and probably set up an exception for that software in your firewall setup. Also other virus protection software running can cause this.

    stardot-tech. can be viewed from virtually any web browser on any operating system. This includes Windows, Mac, Linux/UNIX as well as many phones and PDA's. Haven't tried their product yet.

    I have installed Arecont Vision 3130 dual lens 3Megapixel/1.3Megagixel cameras. I'm running them with LuxRiot software on dual core Pentium computer. My systems are hybrid with analog capture cards and a mix of analog cameras, IP cameras standard res (640x480) and MegaPixel cameras. I use 2 hard drives, one for Windows operating system, and software programs and a 500Gb drive for video data only. Thumbs up from me for both LuxRiot and Arecont Vision.
